- Does not infringe or violate any intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
3.2 Substantiation. Advertiser must possess written substantiation for all objective claims (e.g., pricing, performance, health benefits) and provide such substantiation to Company within three (3) business days of a written request.
3.3 Indemnification. Advertiser shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, claims, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) Ad Materials; (ii) any breach of this Policy or the IO; or (iii) Advertiser’s products, services, or websites.

- Sponsored Features are labeled “Sponsored Feature,” “Paid Placement,” or equivalent.
- Display or native Ads carry a clear “Advertisement,” “Sponsored,” or “Ad” tag.
